- We are looking for an expert communicator, detailed planner and a top-notch analyst who can create pragmatic solutions

- You will be part of front-running projects for our newly launched stock trading platform, working in cross-functional team including developers, designers, subject matter experts and growth drivers.

Key Objectives for You :

- Work with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements

- Plan, prioritise, analyse the requirements and break them into features, user stories

- Collaborate with strategic team on scoping and prioritisation

- Backlog management, maintaining capacity plan & release plan

- Iteration planning, retrospectives and showcase

- Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes

- Change request management

- Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes

- Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team regarding the implementation of changes

Qualification :

- You understand how businesses operate and have experience modelling business processes

- You have good understanding of Agile

- You have built the product and shipped it in the hands of the user, in the past

- You have experience in writing PRD documents and stories

- You have a genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from sketch to code

- You're resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from technical and business perspectives
