Market Manager - Retail/QSR

Requirements

- Will be responsible for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal and J&K market.

- Collaborate and strategize to develop short term & long term operational plan for achieving the brand objectives.

- Ensure all sales, operational & customer KPI's are met as per the defined targets

- To exponentially grow the market as per defined plan and guidelines.

- Analyse market trends, competition and devise programmes to improve overall revenue, product, promotions & services

- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity - Identify opportunities for growth in every market, plan marketing activation in collaboration with the marketing team and achieve the P&L Objectives.

- Deliver highest standards of customer service as per the brand definition for 40-50 stores in the territory.

- Build a two way communication channel with the team and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation, inclusion and teamwork.

- Closely partner with all the cross functional teams, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding efficiency in operational activity and achievement of strategic goals

- Comply with all health and safety regulations
