The role is primarily responsible for leading and managing key clients and projects in the area of Organization, Performance and Rewards Consulting, as well as leading Sales and Business Development for identified sub sectors.
The incumbent would be responsible for leading a solution within the industry vertical in terms of clients, financial and team collaboration and also ensure timely and profitable delivery of the key projects.
Job Responsibilities:-
Leads and Deliver Medium & Large sized projects in the area of Compensation Consulting (compensation structure design, variable pay, job evaluation, incentive review, pay structure design), performance, organization design and organization effectiveness.
- The incumbent will be Key Account Manager for critical clients & increase the wallet size of the client.
- Develop content expertise in sub sector/s within.
- To contribute to Thought Leadership with timely articles, white papers, roundtables, client events. The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, marketing events and other such activities.
- Manage client projects from start to finish, translating client needs into analysis and design recommendations across topics such as salary structures, total rewards strategies, equity guidelines, career progression guidelines.
- Assist in Building Comprehensive Human Resource solutions across performance design, talent management, rewards and organizational structuring to help deliver business success for clients.
- Manage projects within agreed upon timeline and within budget.
- Serve as intermediary between Partners, junior staff resources (Associate-Consultant) and Client.
- Provide direction on and be accountable for all methodology / analysis / output on each staffed project.
- Provide regular guidance and developmental feedback to junior staff.
- Develop summary reports including findings and recommendations.
- Interface and co-deliver presentations to client.
- Assist in overseeing key areas of firm research.
- Assist in new business/firm development activities.
