We're looking Distribution Development Strategist with 8+ years of industrial experience preferably from Tier 1/2 B Schools.
Strategic Sales & Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in growing sales via partner networks, adept at devising and executing marketing plans that complement distribution strategies.
Advanced Analytical Abilities: Skilled in analyzing distribution landscapes and performance metrics, utilizing analytical tools to drive data-driven decisions.
Partnership and Program Management: Experienced in developing and managing partner programs, recruiting new channel partners, and creating targeted partner experiences.
Event Management Proficiency: Proven capability in organizing and leading successful promotional events focused on engaging partners and customers.
Regulatory Compliance and Strategic Execution: Knowledge of anti-trust laws with expertise in managing both e-retail and traditional distribution channels in compliance with corporate standards.
Leadership and Fiscal Oversight: Strong leader with excellent communication skills, adept at budget management and resource allocation to meet distribution and sales objectives
Desired Candidates:
- Must have experience in Customer engagement/loyalty & Shopper marketing, Distribution, Work on distribution expansion, Identify the right set of dealers to optimize and expand the footprint, ROI of the programs.
