Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution processes.

- Promote a positive work environment and address employee morale and satisfaction issues.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a learning culture and support employee development initiatives.
