URGENT HIRING FOR HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES : AHMEDABAD


Strategic HR Planning:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives supporting the organization's strategic objectives.

- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Talent Acquisition and Retention

- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

- Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization's culture.

- Implement retention strategies to reduce employee turnover and foster a positive work environment.

Employee Relations:

- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution processes.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

- Promote a positive work environment and address employee morale and satisfaction issues.

Performance Management:

- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.

- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Foster a learning culture and support employee development initiatives.

Benefits and Compensation:

- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

- Ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

HR Metrics and Reporting:
