Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and visionary Co-founder to spearhead our Outsourced Sales HR Process Division. As the Co-founder, you will work closely with the founder to establish and scale the complete division, from planning and executing business development strategies to leading the pilot team and ensuring client acquisition and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute business development and growth plans for the Outsourced HR Process Division.
- Take charge of setting up and leading the pilot team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Oversee the development and implementation of sales-focused HR operations, learning and development initiatives, and recruitment services.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and market presence.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators to ensure the division meets revenue targets and objectives.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction and long-term vision of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR or related fields, with a strong emphasis on sales-focused HR operations, L&D, and recruitment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successfully launching and scaling initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans and growth strategies.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving tangible outcomes and delivering value to clients.
Compensation:
The engagement will be purely based on equity stake and revenue sharing, with no fixed salary or market compensation. As a Co-founder, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the success and growth of the company and share in its financial rewards.
Note:
- I am open to the option of the Co-Founder joining me part-time initially and continuing with their existing job, which will obviously reflect in the equity that you will draw.
