Marconix - Co-Founder/COO

Co-Founder | COO | Equity Role Full Time

Looking for a full time co-founder who is willing to lead the operations. Someone who is excited to build stuff that could impact the market in large. Someone who has a passion for Sales, Distribution, client servicing and technology.

This is an equity-paid position "You must be in a financial position to work for equity!"

What would one be doing and more:

As a co-founder, partner, and leader in the company, you would be in a cross-functional role to get things off the ground. Things are fluid currently but we have a big vision to make into a large brand. A few things we could point our finger on regarding the role:

- Optimizing sales channels funnel for the best customer experience and KPI performance.

- Build/implement technology solutions that solve deep problems.

- Setting up internal processes and policies.

- Building and nurturing a team to build a high growth company.

- Hustling your way to grow - no matter what.

What we would be looking to be along:

- Experience taking an early stage business forward

- Experience in a leadership capacity

- A proven track record in business setting up and business development.

- Constantly experimenting with new technologies and tools to drive innovation and creativity

- Strong communication skills

- Previous fundraising experience is desirable - we're looking to raise BIG

- Thrive in uncertainty - ideally in the business and/or startup environment

- Deep sector experience in technology.

Compensation :

- Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form of pure equity for the first year. We are expected to be cash-rich within a year and will be able to draw salaries post that

- I am open to the option of the Co-Founder joining me part-time initially and continuing with their existing job, which will obviously reflect in the equity that you will draw

- I am looking for a partner and not an employee, hence, if you are looking for market salary from Day 1, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
