Responsibilities:
- Lead in designing and driving the Companies corporate brand building agenda. Manage corporate identity, define & implement corporate brand positioning including visual identity.
- Construct and implement the brand building activity tracker in collaboration with Senior Management team - activities targeted at ecosystem players, influencer groups, communities with voice.
- Direct and contribute to the creating, planning, and implementation of all marketing communication programs and corporate brand building initiatives using PR, advocacy, BTL communications, digital and social media through press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content and speaking proposals, events and awards
- Manage the editing and delivery of internal and external communications.
- Own and maintain website to reflect the corporate brand identity, updated for various services and products. Benchmark and upgrade user experience of the website.
- Collaborate and Create leadership communication to support and build positive image of the company
- Drive the brand salience among digital natives - support offline and on line social media activities.
- Manage the internal brand building through employee engagements activities in collaboration with HR leading to attracting and retaining human talent.
Professional requirements
- Proficient in handling internal / external brand building and communication activities and prioritising against tight deadlines.
- Experience in selection and managing execution partners such as PR, Digital and creative agency for agreed SLA.
- Experience in designing & executing PR, Events and BTL led communication strategies rather than ATL in financial services, IT and ITES sectors.
- Own and lead campaign design and delivery to meet ROI.
- An out of the box thinker with the flair of charting out corporate communication and branding strategies.
Skills Required:
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts.
- Flair for content creation
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate good skills in advising and influencing stakeholders on different communications strategies to engage employees
