- To develop and implement the overall communications and media relations programme for Hotel.
- Support the overall strategic management of the Marcomm / PR department by establishing effective working relationships with colleagues, in particular the General Manager, Director of Sales, Revenue Manager and Banquet & Conference Sales.
- Research, produce, gain agreement, implement and monitor the annual Revenue Plan in Marcomm / PR segments. Throughout the year, update as necessary.
- Oversee that all Marcomm / PR related systems are kept up-to-date with accurate information and all Brand standards are complied fully.
- Manage the activities of the Marcomm / PR Department to maintain a higher level of acceptance of the hotel in local, regional and international markets.
- Oversee the advertising, promotional, marketing, communication and PR campaigns for the hotel.
- Oversee the consistency of all hotel communication tools in terms of design and copy.
- Establish channels to manage media and internal communications.
- Oversee the PR support for F&B promotions specifically in publicizing them to the hotel market.
- Manage the crisis communications for the hotel in terms of internal and external response.
