Assistant Manager - Sales for Flagship Residential project (South Mumbai)
Job Description :
- Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate ( Higly designated - CMD, Directors, VP, AVP, GM ) - Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to possession and after possession
- Target new accounts in different industry like, IT, Banking, Automobiles, Chemical, Textile, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Educational sectors for new business
- Co-ordinate with the Marketing Dept to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
- Follow up on leads generated through research and promotional events
- Work on industry based news to secure opportunity buys and availability of products
- Coordinate product marketing hand in hand with luxury showrooms of big brands (BMW, Audi, Jaguar ext) to meet the client's need
- Analyze lifestyle of HNI and buying behaviours and generate references
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the project
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
- Working at off-site promotional events, conferences and trade shows
