Mapletree Property - Liasioning Manager

- Obtaining construction/building approvals and permissions from various departments such as Building Proposal, CFO, MHADA, BMC etc

- Liasoning with various Govt. authorities such as City Survey Office, Revenue Department, Ward, and other local authorities.

- Should be aware of all approval process for getting building plans approved through Building proposal department of BMC.

- Should know all the procedure and documentation for getting plans approved and should be fluent in English.

- Having minimum 8 years' experience in Liasoning with different departments of BMC.

- Should have worked with a builder or a BMC Liasoning Architect.
