About us

MAPE Advisory Group Pvt. Ltd is a 13 year old Bloomberg brand investment banking firm focused on M&A and Private Equity. We are incubating/angel funding a startup company in a unique and specialty niche retail area. The category offers good potential to grow profitably. This start-up is headed by IIT/IIM alumnus with 25 years of sales/marketing and retail experience and a couple of other professionals with experience in ecommerce.

Job Profile

This is an exciting - entrepreneurial- role as a part of the founding team in a start up with end to end business/P&L responsibility for a region.

Key responsibility includes:

- Identifying new products/brands based on consumer insight

- Building relationships with all seller brands/suppliers and developing innovative growth strategies with them

- Develop customization opportunities through product & packaging development and promotional campaigns.

- Dive into deep analytics on sales drivers and sharpen the social/digital marketing efforts

Qualifications/Skills

- Premium B school (top 10 only please) and strong analytical foundation

- FMCG experience for 2 years

- Entrepreneurial, innovative and self-starting abilities
