Job Purpose: To drive business excellence process improvement projects on processes to improve productivity and improve SLA performance. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for working on streamlining processes and continuous improvement across processes - Manage portfolio of improvement or re-engineering projects for the vertical using data analytics. - Act as Subject Matter Expert for providing analysis support and guiding teams on improvement methodology - Working closely with Functional Representatives (SPOCs) to achieve Process Standardization, Documentation &amp; Updation of standardized processes, Implementation of standardized processes. - Preparation of departmental dashboards and review with respective HoDs, MISs &amp; Data collection need basis, Root cause analysis for escalated complaints. - Training and Coaching on various Lean/Six sigma tools and techniques to people. - Conducting the process improvement workshops at various levels in the organization - Generate business impact through Improvement initiatives. - Designing and setting up Management Information System for Key Metrics. - Identifying and Implementing Process improvement Initiatives using Lean &amp; Six Sigma Methodology.
