About our Client:
Our client is a global MNC present in nearly 40 countries, specializing in the retail and brand data analytics for businesses. They have aggressive growth plans for India and want to become market leaders within the service portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Manufacturing Practice Lead, with pan India scope of responsibility.
Job Description:
The key accountabilities will be:
- Leads a team of Senior Client Leads and Client Leads in executing the ongoing strategy and tactics for the client (supplier and retailer) supporting the Client Director in developing and refining the ongoing strategy and tactics for their client group.
- Owns the overall client or category relationship applying a high level of category knowledge to improving it and ensuring escalation of any threats to the relationship both internal and external to their organization.
- Collaborates relentlessly with Client Solutions Managers and Communications & Media Client Managers in order to create a 'joined up' approach for the client and to deliver against an integrated overall client plan.
- Delivers accurate, creative and actionable customer insights from company's tools, analysis and consultancy and drive the embedding of it within the client's team in order to create measures for the Client's Shoppers and customer loyalty.
- Manages elements of the Organization Engagement efforts, as assigned, toward enabling a sustainable customer-loyal culture (people, process, beliefs) by driving the application of insights, value-creation and embedding of customer insight and company's services within the Client's teams.
- Delivers against revenue targets for the client or client group and targeting/developing future revenue opportunities for each client whilst meeting company CTG targets.
- Captures the value created for Client's Shoppers through the creation of case studies and be an advocate of best practice sharing between teams in company.
The Successful Candidate:
- 8-10+ years of blended Category Management exposure in Retail or CPG environment. MBA/PGDBM preferably from a premier institute with exposure to New Product Development, Pricing, Insights and Innovations besides Competitive intelligence and Strategic Assessment.
- The incumbent must have a strong Business and Commercial acumen with proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Project, Change management.
- Exposure to Retailer/FMCG Company Operations will be an added advantage.
- The incumbent should have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi task while managing a team and driving strategic initiatives.
- Candidates from Retail/FMCG/Consulting/Online Retail industry desirable.
