Manufacturing Manager - PVC/UPVC - Pipe/Fittings Industry

EXPERIENCE 15 years in handling production processes, plant engineering, product development and QA in Pipes and Fittings industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Establish Production Processes for Pipes & Fittings for a green field project

- Process Engineering for Extrusion and Injection Moulding

- Meet the production targets for the factory

- Meet the quality standards and market expectations

- Lead the formulation for Pipes & Fittings

- Lead Efficiency and Yield Improvement for the factory

- Lead Productivity Improvement initiatives for the factory

- Identify and implement value engineering initiatives

- Ensure legal and statutory compliances for the factory

- Deliver new products as per Product Manager's calendar to meet market growth

- Collaborate with HR and ensure a good industrial climate

SKILLS

- Excellent knowledge of products and trends in Pipes & Fittings industry

- Knowledge of Pipes' Extrusion and Injection Moulding processes

- Knowledge of Formulation - Compounding for Pipes & Fittings

- Knowledge of mixers, extruders, injection moulding and utilities

- Good Leadership skills

Reporting to - HOD

Candidate Education :

- B.TECH in Plastic Technology

- Candidates from South Zone only preferred

- Current or Past experience in PIPE Industry is mandatory .
