Manufacturing Manager - Personal Care Division

Someone with Personal care (Skin & hair care) manufacturing background especially 3P management with min 3yrs corporate work experience apart from plant.

- The person will be responsible to manage production planning and scheduling and overall coordination with 3P for Personal care.

- Should have handled new product development commercialization, finance, supplier and technical knowledge should be strong

- He will be the mediator between 3p manufacturing unit & Supply chain team for the on time availability of RM/PM.

- Must have worked in reputed Personal care company in Manufacturing.

- Must have experience in managing a network of different 3Ps across India.

- Must be conversant with factory commercials in 3P perspective.

- Should have some exposure to Projects (new facility, upgradation of infra, productivity improvement).

- Must be conversant with quality control requirements.

- Must have handled audits Quality, Commercial.

- Must have handled NPD commercialization.

- Must have handled PP module of SAP.
