The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing-both domestic and international-and have experience in identifying and implementing analytics solutions that drive business value. This role involves collaborating with our product development and sales teams to shape our offerings for the manufacturing industry and guiding our market strategy to effectively target this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Industry Expertise: Provide expert insights into the manufacturing industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities, to guide the development of analytics products.

- Solution Design: Collaborate with the product development team to design and tailor analytics solutions that address the specific needs and pain points of manufacturing companies.

- Market Strategy: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for effectively targeting manufacturing companies with our analytics solutions.

- Client Engagement: Engage with manufacturing clients to understand their business needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for analytics-driven improvements.

- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitors' offerings and define V4C.ai's unique value proposition in the manufacturing analytics space.

- Product Roadmap: Contribute to the creation and refinement of the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with industry demands and client expectations.

- Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the effective use of analytics solutions tailored for the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on operations, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

- Analytics Expertise: Proven experience in applying analytics, data science, or business intelligence solutions within the manufacturing sector.

- Global Perspective: Experience working with both domestic and international manufacturing companies, understanding the nuances of different markets.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate industry knowledge into actionable strategies for product development and market penetration.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Education: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics, data science, or manufacturing processes are a plus.
