Manufacturing Head - Metal Components

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is part of a Large Indian Diversified Group with multiple interests. They manufacture Metal Components which are sold in the Domestic and International markets. Turnover is around 400 Cr. This requirement is for their Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Units based in India. They are looking for a Manufacturing Head to oversee 4 Mfg units.

The position reports to the CEO. The incumbent will be responsible for (amongst others) :

- Overall Operations management of the 4 units

- Work towards Optimising operations while increasing quality

- Transforming the processes and culture at the units

- Overseeing Expansion, New Projects Etc

To qualify for this position you should :

- Be a B.E./B.Tech + MBA

- Should have more than 18 years of experience in Total

- Should have at least 8 years of experience in Metal Components, Automotive, Ancillary etc

- Should have at least 3 years of experience as a Multi-Plant Head

- Should have very good understanding of the various Metal related Mfg processes

- Should have experience in leading Cultural transformation processes

- Should have experience in consolidation, expansion projects

- Should have a strategic experience in managing units

- Should have good experience in Managing Customers and Growth of the plant

- Should have great experience of establishing and monitoring systems and processes

- Have good communication skills.

- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
