Job Description:

As the Country Manufacturing Head, you will play a pivotal role in leading our manufacturing operations across 7 locations within Bangladesh. This challenging and rewarding position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, ensuring efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to manufacturing operations across multiple locations.

- Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless coordination between sites to meet production targets and quality standards.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and HR, to -streamline end-to-end processes.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals.

Qualifications:

- Graduation/PG from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is mandatory.

- 10 -15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership roles, overseeing multiple locations.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing operations..

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
