Leading Global Tyre Manufacturer Requires Manufacturing Controller ( CIMA)-Gurgaon

One of our client a leading US $ 2.34 billion Tyre Manufacturer with Global presence in over 18 countries including india & have strong presence in Middle east market/ Europe / North Africa including Dubai/ Qatar/North African .

The Company aims to build strong presence in most of the major markets of the Regions & across geographies. While Dubai was set-up as the hub for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region two years back, the tyres for these markets are imported from both India and Europe. In the passenger vehicle tyre category, It would be capitalising on the increasing automobile sales, rising per capita income and implementation of strict rules for quality tyres .

We are looking for Manufacturing Controller ( CIMA) for Corporate headquarter in Gurgaon.

Manufacturing Controller

Responsibilities:

- Ensure standard controlling processes, definition and procedures are maintained with consistency between the plants

- Ensure data for financial analysis are maintained with consistency, reliability and transparency to support Regions and Corporate Manufacturing in decision-making

- Initiate changes for aligning accurate cost capturing and transparent reporting

- Assist in the preparation & reconciliation of budget and forecast

- Furnish financial performance reports / analysis to relevant top management for monitoring and controlling actions

- Collaborate with plants commercial departments in controlling duties and maintain / develop SAP

- Conduct cost control workshop with Plant teams;

- Assist on the post completion audit exercise in plants with the Plant Commercial teams/Project Controller

- To maintain the Manufacturing Dashboard on a monthly basis

- Any other controller duties as needed and defined by Top Management

Requirements:

- CIMA or Degree in accounting is preferred with 5-9 years- experience in manufacturing environment, SAP system and costing

- Possess analytical skills and business acumen

- Result - oriented and a team player

- Good verbal and communication skills in English

- Knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
