- This is a full-time role located in Bengaluru for a Key Account Manager. The candidate will manage key accounts, develop and implement sales strategies, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- The candidate will also be responsible for managing US accounts. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide strategic solutions. Serve as the main point of contact and address client concerns effectively.
- Develop and implement account plans aligned with overall business goals. Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and devise strategies to capitalize on them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies effectively.
- Revenue Maximization: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within assigned key accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize revenue and profitability. Proactively address issues and concerns, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate & Manage global accounts, including sales & marketing internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. Provide regular updates on account status, forecasts, and market trends.
