Job Description:

The Manager Finance is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This role involves managing financial transactions, banking activities, conducting audits, and performing financial data analysis. The Manager Finance will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial regulations.

Experience Range: 5 - 6 years

Educational Qualifications: B.Com, and CA.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

- Ensure accurate recording of financial data and transactions

- Manage banking relationships and transactions

- Preparation of MIS, Stock Statement, monthly and quarterly reports

- Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity

- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations

- Handling departmental notices

- Reviewing financial Policy compliance of service agreements (MSA)

- Finalization of GST, PF, PT, TDS workings and uploading the return

- Payroll process through greythr and responding to employee's grievance in relation to payroll

- Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit queries

- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts

- Finalization of US books and assisting in preparation and finalization of various returns.

Skills Required: Payroll, Tally ERP, Goods and Services Tax (GST), PF, MSA, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
