As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategies, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets..
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture..
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.. Oversee the creation and execution of tailored wellness solutions for clients.. Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets for Mantracare's products and services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.. Understand client needs and challenges to offer personalized solutions that align with their wellness goals.. Act as a key point of contact for major clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.. Regularly report on sales progress, forecasts, and performance to senior management.. Ensure that all sales activities and CRM entries are accurately recorded and up to date..
Collaboration Across Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and operations teams to align on business goals and strategies.. Ensure that the sales team has the necessary support, resources, and training to meet objectives..
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to continuously refine sales strategies..
- Identify potential opportunities for expansion and new product offerings..
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role..
Experience in selling B2B wellness or HR solutions (preferred)..
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets..
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
