Role:
As a Digital Marketer at Mankind Pharma, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to leverage our brand equity and preference. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, with a focus on Health care professionals (HCPs) and Doctors. You will work closely with the marketing teams to refine our strategy and communication to drive brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including doctor networking platforms, social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, and SEM.
- Create compelling and informative content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
- Measure key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate, and ad spend return on investment.
- Utilize advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess the end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
- Leverage IQVIA's market research capabilities to conduct comprehensive analyses of brand prescriptions and sales trends.
- Present the quarterly and monthly performance analysis of marketing campaigns to senior management and various business units.
- Assist the marketing team in capability building. Effectively collaborate with brand managers to communicate brand excellence framework and train them to drive adoption
- Identify best marketing practices and individuals through various forum initiatives like Yearly/Quaterly Marketing programmes
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Brand Management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising best practices.
- Experience with platforms like HiDoc, Clirnet, Docree, Curofy and patient support programs. Strong grasp of pharmaceutical marketing, HCP engagement, and driving business growth through effective business metrics.
Skills:
- Proficiency in multi-platform and digital engagement with customers or healthcare professionals
- Expertise in devising and executing multi-platform and digital strategies, inclusive of managing external agencies.
- Hands-on involvement in the execution of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Robust organizational abilities, coupled with a history of efficiently managing numerous concurrent projects
- Demonstrated aptitude for fostering collaborations and partnerships with cross-functional teams, vendors, consultancies, and agency management
