Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Finance with a strong background in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will hold the qualification of Chartered Accountant and possess in-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations within the manufacturing industry. The Manager of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the manufacturing industry standards.

- Prepare and manage the annual budget, forecasting financial performance, and monitoring variances.

- Conduct financial analysis, identify key financial metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Cost Control and Management:

- Monitor and control manufacturing costs, ensuring cost-efficient operations and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

- Analyze cost structures, identify areas for cost reduction, and recommend improvement strategies to optimize profitability.

- Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risks.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and legal requirements.

- Present financial reports to senior management and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.

Financial Strategy and Business Support:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, acquisitions, and investments.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the manufacturing industry.

- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
