Position Overview:

- We are seeking an accomplished Manager/Sr. Manager for our manufacturing operations with a strong emphasis on strategic management and operational excellence.

- The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Operations and demonstrate a robust managerial background in manufacturing, preferably within the plastic, FMCG, or automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance manufacturing operations, focusing on productivity, efficiency, and cost management.

- Operational Leadership: Oversee and optimize production processes, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, foster a collaborative work environment, and manage human resources to achieve departmental goals.

- Performance Analysis: Utilize MBA-level analytical skills to prepare and interpret MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and analyze plant data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness.

- Cost Management: Monitor and control plant costs, implementing strategies to optimize expenditures and enhance financial performance.

- Project Management: Oversee the erection and commissioning of manufacturing equipment, including plastic injection molding and PET blow molding machines, while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Required Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or PGD-PPT, complemented by an MBA in Operations.

Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity within reputable organizations.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in EBM/IMM/ISBM/IBM technologies and experience with plant equipment such as compressors, DG sets, LT panels, and cooling towers.

Essential Skills:

- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to improve manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Operational Excellence: Hands-on experience with production optimization techniques, including OEE, TPM, and Kaizen.

- Financial Acumen: Strong capability in managing plant costs and implementing cost-saving measures.

- People Management: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Requirements:

- Certifications: Familiarity with ISO-9001, ISO-14001, IATF-16949, and OHSAS-18000 standards.

- Project Implementation: Experience in new project implementation, energy-saving initiatives, and equipment maintenance
