Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries.
- To plan, design, develop and implement market specific export Go-To-Market models.
- To ensure retention of existing customers while developing the new customers.
- To identify the distributor/ agents in/for focus markets.
- Understand the bottlenecks in GTM strategy current employed at MTL and take corrective actions.
- Actively promote the Companys products and services.
- Meet sales and collection plans seamlessly.
- Create and sustain effective and collaborative partnerships with new and existing customers.
- Carrying out all quotation follow-up calls or contact via the CRM.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Manage day to day business of certain geographies.
- Managing Senior level relationships.
- Understanding of the global beverages markets and connect with major customers.
- Good understanding of demand-supply landscape of preforms in different markets globally ( preferred but not mandatory ).
- Should have significant experience of selling to beverage industry in a global capacity.
- Willingness to travel (Upto 50% travel may be needed).
- Experience of developing export business in new markets & setting up channel.
- Geographical market knowledge Africa, Middle East, SE Asia and Latin America, Europe.
- Graduate, Post-Graduation in Sales and Marketing Preferred.
- Location Bangalore (Electronic City phase 2).
