Role: Unit Finance Head.
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
Department: Finance & Accounts.
Experience: 3-8 Years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify revenue streams, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA of unit.
- Initiate and implement the finance strategies of the unit.
- To provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the hospital.
- Responsible for the hospital's financial, accounting and credit functions
- Ensure timely receipts from Debtors.
- Monitor the performance matrices and take corrective and preventive actions as per quality standards defined.
- Ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the standards on timely basis.
- Time accurate submission of analysed reports and any deviations to be brought to the notice of management.
- Engage with the unit finance team through various initiatives like training, performance management, continual feedback , coaching and reward and recognize people in order to motivate them to deliver desired results.
- Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the unit hospital's finance and administrative operations.
- Targets should be set for the finance employees working in the hospital.
