Brief Roles and responsibilities:

- Monitor and review all billing procedures of the Unit including handling patient queries, patient insurance coverage, system/process troubleshooting, accounts receivables and team training & deployment.

- Oversee the submission of claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims.

- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivables.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent billing errors.

- Develop and implement processes to reduce billing errors & minimize denials.

- Analyze billing data to identify trends & areas of improvements.

- Oversee daily operations of the billing department.

- Train the team to ensure efficient & accurate billing processes
