Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager Sales at Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt. Ltd in Patiala.
- The Associate Manager Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Create and maintain a Database of referring doctors, Hospitals, Clinics etc.
- Establish regular contact & engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc.
- Achieve targeted revenues through referrals to Hospitals.
- Conduct outreach clinics to showcase Hospital capabilities in the community.
- Report daily work, events, campaigns as per monthly schedule.
- Participate as an assistant to the Sales Head in these negotiations through the provision of information about prices and / or costs, suggested health care package programs.
- Coordinate and manage specific requirements requested by third party customers, i.e., customised reports etc., Respond to all enquiries by third party customers.
- Refer all complaints to the customer service department, but monitor complaints to assure that responses to third party customers are made on timely basis.
- Assist the Sales Head on various community related programmes developed by the communication department of the company e.
a) Health talks and community education programmes.
b) Health camps : client contact programmes.
c) CME programmes, wellness programmes,.
d) Special events.
- Assist the Sales Head in Developing an annual Sales plan and budget for the hospital.
- Assists the Finance Department of the Hospital in debt collection when necessary.
- Monitor the business of competitors in the market.
-Provide to the Sales Head about overall market conditions as requested.
Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree, MBA with 2 to 5 Years of experience.
