JOB PURPOSE :
We are looking for a hands on Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement and maintain paid search strategies to increase learner acquisitions.
WORK RELATIONS:
- Internal Interface Brand team, content team, IT team
- External Interface Agencies
- Reporting Authority Marketing Head
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Develop, implement and maintain paid search strategies and recommendations.
- Should have run PPC for large accounts.
- Conduct keyword analysis/research and writing effective ad copies.
- Be able to perform website analysis and share recommendations
- Reporting of campaigns with in depth analysis on performance of keywords, ad copies, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Improve quality score and conversion rates via landing page optimization.
- Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS :
a) Be able to hit targets related to learner acquisitions
b) Improve quality score and conversion rates, CTRs, ROI
c) Decrease cost per acquisition
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
Qualification and Experience
6 to 8 years experience, ideally in EdTech/ b2c handling significant budgets (Rs. 5 crore minimum/per annum)
Skills :
- Should have at least 6-8 years of working experience running Google Adwords
- Should have run campaigns on Facebook, publishers/affiliates
- Should have used analytic tools
- Knowledge on SEO, HTML, current industry trends
- Expert knowledge on Google Analytics
- Google Adwords Certification Mandatory.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
