Zonal Sales Lead
- Plan and execute all sales, business development & new channel development in the respective zone.
- On-board partners who are into training/placement of fresh/experienced graduates
- Stitch alliances with universities/colleges and onboard them for MGSA training & placement programs
- Understand the business objectives and develop multiple channels that contribute sustainable growth
- Work with multiple partners and other influencers in the zone to ensure deeper penetration among the target groups
- Coordinate with the content team and ensure the effective use of the content created across the zone
- Understand the overall market and proactively suggest marketing/business initiatives in accordance with the TG, timelines & budgets
