- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our Learning Platform team.

- In this role, the Product Specialist will be responsible for managing the product configurations and settings, handling product-related queries, and ensuring seamless operations of our platform.

- This will require close collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Tech teams, to drive product enhancements and ensure the delivery of a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Configurations & Settings:


- Own and manage all product configurations and settings to ensure the platform operates efficiently and meets the needs of our users.

Handling Product Queries:


- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries from internal teams (such as Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing) and external stakeholders (clients and partners).

Workflow Management:


- Work hands-on with complex workflows, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and optimized for efficiency.

Third-Party Integrations:


- Manage and oversee integrations with third-party tools and platforms, ensuring they function seamlessly with our Learning Platform.

Collaboration with Tech Teams:


- Engage with Tech teams to identify, prioritize, and implement product enhancements that will improve platform performance and user satisfaction.

Custom Reports & Data Uploads:


- Generate custom reports and perform data uploads to support business needs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Stakeholder Collaboration:


- Effectively collaborate with multiple internal teams (including Product, Engineering, Learner Support) and external partners to deliver on project goals and product improvements.

Salesforce. com Exposure:


- Leverage experience with Salesforce.com to optimize product operations and enhance the platform's integration capabilities.

Qualifications:

Experience:


- 2-3 years of experience in a Product Operations role, preferably within a tech-driven environment.

Technical Skills:


- Strong hands-on experience with complex workflows and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is highly desirable.

Problem-Solving:


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve product issues efficiently.

Communication:


- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration:


- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-Oriented:


- High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering quality work and ensuring operational excellence.
