JOB PURPOSE :
What is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the company.
The core objective of this role is to highlight the value proposition of Manipal Global Skills Academy's offerings for emerging and existing markets. This could include (but not limited to)
- Creating a value proposition, solutioning document based on the customer requirements, creating client presentations, proposals, white papers, and marketing collateral.
Also, support and augment the Business Team in strongly presenting our value proposition by:
- Acquiring clear understanding of business requirements and generating the scope of work document
- Architect the overall solution, costing and building a winning proposal/bid response, to convey value proposition through feasible and cost-effective solutions
WORK RELATIONS:
Main interfaces- with whom do you have regular contact in carrying out your duties (whom do you report to/who do you functionally report to/whom do you have interface within and outside the organization?)
Internal Interface :
- Sales team
- Digital Marketing team
- Delivery and Operation team
- Senior Leadership
External Interface:
- Clients, Partners, Industry Practitioners and Thought Leaders
Reporting to: Chief Business Officer
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Overall accountability to understand business requirements and build value proposition to suit target segments
- Serve as the subject matter expert of the wide range of company's technical & conventional services offered (both internally and customer-facing)
- End-to-end client proposal/bid management, response to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, Credentials management;
- Creating project estimates/budgets, Managing Project transitions, Managing/reviewing PO, SOF and contracts, cost reduction.
- Build market intelligence on products/services/competitors
KEY FIGURES :
This function is measured on number of proposals, white papers, value proposition created, and business/market intelligence generated.
