Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) plan South/West Region
- Business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the Indian Market through enterprise and partnership sales
- Build client relationships
- Handling end to end sales cycle
- Actively prospect, qualify and develop sales pipeline within the accounts
- Mining existing accounts for upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Consultative selling is the key
- Understanding client requirements
- Positioning off-the-shelf /customise products that suits the requirement
- Working with cross functional teams - pre-sales/solution architect to build solutions appealing to the customer
- Fast track the sales cycle
- Handing over to the customer success teams and monitoring the delivery on an on-going basis
- Meet monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets
