We are currently hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads using both paid and organic channels.
- Execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram & Retargeting Ads) across the funnels including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting. (End-to-End)
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal content, and design teams to create landing pages, ad copy & creatives and optimize the user experience, at the same time ensuring all development is on time and on budget.
- Work closely with the content & product marketing team to distribute content across all channels (both paid and organic) for both demand generation and ABM campaigns.
- Analyze data to determine campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions on how to optimize campaigns for maximum performance in a given budget.
- Analyze competitors' content, social media, paid ads & SEO strategy to identify new opportunities.
- Manage lead pipeline and prospecting status in CRM.
- Measure the performance of all digital marketing activities and build dynamic reports for all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand the needs associated with a project/product and the target audience
- Proven ability to generate leads across platforms
- Strong research skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Receptiveness to feedback
- Excellent portfolio of work
- Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
