Role: Deputy Manager-Finance/ Manager - Finance  Location: Bangalore  Qualification: B Com with CA  Job Purpose:  Responsibility for managing the finance function of the international campuses which involves the following activities:  - Transactional Accounting and Statutory Matters  - Reviewing Accounting Systems and Processes of subsidiaries  - Financial Reporting and Consolidation  - IFRS and Indian accounting standards  Brief Job profile will be as below:  - Responsible for closure of books of accounts of one or more subsidiaries.  - Assist for Annual consolidation and quarterly consolidation   - Coordination and completion of Audit of subsidiaries under different GAAP.  - Assist for IFRS conversion and US GAAP  - To support in preparation of audit schedules  - Coordination with statutory audit and internal audits.  - Preparation and review of MIS and Budgets.  - Scrutiny of subsidiary companies financials and accounts.
