Role Description:
- We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement and maintain paid search strategies to increase learner paid subscriptions.
- This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate, Digital Marketing professional to join an early stage Medical EdTech brand, backed up an Industry Leader in Education.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES, PERFORMANCE AREAS:
a) Develop, Plan, Budget, strategize, execute & maintain online/digital campaigns & strategies on paid search engines strategies, social media and other channels.
Should have run PPC for large accounts.
b) Manage Influencer campaigns and drive lead generation through influencers.
c) Conduct in-depth analysis of performance keywords, ad copies, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc and write effective ad copies.
d) Understand the overall online/digital eco-system, work with multiple online channels/partners and other influencers to proactively suggest initiatives in accordance with the TG, timelines & budgets to ensure deeper penetration into the online space and best lead quality.
e) Co-ordinate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Content, Influencers & External Agencies to provide the required online support in terms of event awareness, footfall generation etc.
f) Be able to perform website analysis and share recommendations.
g) Responsible for engagement campaigns through emailers, WhatsApp & other media.
h) Effective use of CRM to optimize engagement and maximize conversions.
i) Driving website traffic and engagement online and implementing SEO strategy.
j) Track & analyze Clicks & Conversion data, campaign effectiveness, ad expenses, ROI.
k) Improve quality score and conversion rates via landing page optimization.
l) Reporting -Daily, weekly and monthly.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
a) Be able to meet targets related to learner acquisitions.
b) Improve quality score and conversion rates, CTRs, ROI.
c) Decrease cost per acquisition.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:
a) Skills:
- Digital Marketing Strategy, Paid Search Campaigns.
- Omnichannel Marketing.
- SEO Marketing Strategy.
- Content Marketing Strategy.
- Google Analytics.
- Team leadership.
- Problem solving.
b) Mandatory:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.
c) Good To Have - MBA (Marketing) from at least a Tier-2 college.
- 4 to 6 years of experience, ideally in EdTech/Education/B2C.
- Experience in running growth campaigns on CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.
d) Must haves.
- Paid acquisition experience for consumer brands through platforms like Google, Facebook, Bing etc.
- Worked with all major affiliates and ad networks and have a strong understanding of frauds in this space and its detection.
- A result-oriented approach that directly aligns with business objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills to close media deals & alliances.
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results on awareness and brand health.
- Should have worked in cross-functional role.
