Job Summary:.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations activities, ensuring legal compliance, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
This role requires a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns and fostering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner in collaboration with HR Business Partners, Lega and Risk team.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks in alignment with organization's Code of Conduct or other organization polices.
- Organizational Culture: Shape and maintain a positive organizational culture by promoting open communication and fair treatment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues and actions taken.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Trend Analysis: Analyse employee relations trends and develop strategies to address recurring issues.
Qualifications:.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Qualification Pertaining to Law / Labour Law will be preferred.
Experience.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related area.
- Experience in the Insurance or any BFSI industry is a must.

- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Excellent understanding of labour laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
