Key Responsibilities:
Agency Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of insurance agencies to expand our distribution reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the success and profitability of our agency partners.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to agencies, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to company sales processes.
Customer Focus & Continuous Improvement:
- Provide expert guidance to agents in understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate health insurance solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry, preferably within the Agency distribution channel.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful teams of insurance agents.
- Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, products, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
