Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, motivate, and coach a high-performing team of insurance agents, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team growth.
Business Development & Sales Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets for your assigned agency territory.
- Recruit and onboard high-potential insurance agents to expand your distribution network.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing agency partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by providing ongoing support and guidance to your team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Foster a deep understanding of client needs and effectively recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Performance Management & Accountability:
- Set clear performance goals for your team and individual agents, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Regularly monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive results.
- Implement effective performance management processes to ensure team effectiveness and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry, preferably within the Agency distribution channel.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful insurance sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the insurance sales process, product knowledge, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
