Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

- Build, motivate, and coach a high-performing team of 10 frontline managers focused on agent recruitment, development, and partner distribution.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.

- Develop and implement effective training programs to equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Business Growth & Channel Management:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve ambitious growth targets for the Agency channel in the Jodhpur market.

- Identify and recruit high-potential agents and partners to expand our distribution network.

- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing agency partners and distributors.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and optimize channel performance.

Performance Management & Accountability:

- Set clear performance goals for your team and individual team members, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

- Regularly monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive results.

- Implement effective performance management processes to ensure team effectiveness and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry, preferably within the Agency distribution channel.

- Proven track record of exceeding business growth targets and building high-performing sales teams.

- Strong understanding of the insurance sales process, agent recruitment, and partner development strategies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Leadership qualities such as coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive team environment.
