Job Brief:

We are hiring for a Founder's Office role to enable founder to think on the vision while this person is focused on executing the mission and day to day activities. You will work with Mango Advisors Founder to prioritize and drive several Internal and external initiatives. To support control and institutionalization of existing SBU's, planning for new SBU, integration of SBU to optimize, financial analysis, providing metrics, investor reports and ensuring the Founder's focus and time is invested in the company's top priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- A role where you work directly with our founder and leadership team to help them build and grow the company.

- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization broken into various SBU.

- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports.

- Support in creating controls and institutionalization of various SBU.

- Support in sustaining investor relations, fund raising and business development.

- Coordinate with the cross functional teams to build strong integration.

- Coordinate for building and sustaining strategic partnership with external partners.

- Strategy is great - but key is execution. The role is to support execution.

- This role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As founders' staff, you will be expected to have a whatever it takes approach to help the founder on some of the key business areas.

Requirements, Desired Skills, and Experience:

- Management Degree in Finance/ Marketing from IIM - Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Calcutta

- 2-3 years of relevant experience.

- Getting things done in a fast paced work environment

- Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast changing growth environment yet being organised and detail oriented to ensure that nothing falls of the cracks.

- Ability to keep confidentiality.

- Understanding of BI tools.

- An understanding of budgets and business planning

- Ex-entrepreneur, strong work-experience in Founders office will be preferred.

- You are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
