Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in structured writing in English

Role Description:

Company's key strengths have been ability to develop innovative program designs and impactful proposals that have helped us work with a wide variety of clients and create a lasting impact on a large number of beneficiaries. The Program Development team plays a critical role in Company's being able to continue delivering meaningful and transformative impact to the lives of poor in India. The end to end Program Development work involves right from identifying opportunities to co-designing of programs with the program teams, developing of proposals, securing of mandates and transition of the mandate to the program team.

We are looking to hire for the position of Manager/Senior Manager Program Development. The incumbent would be working out of our Mumbai office. She/he would be responsible for end to end management of a mandate, as described above. Company, being a global organization, the incumbent may also find herself/himself co-developing proposals with an international team.

Requirements:

Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Economics, or similar

3 to 10 years of experience in structured writing in English. Preferred profiles would be people with experience of writing analytical reports (for e.g sell side equity reports,), business development proposals etc.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and an ability to build a convincing argument.

Advances skills in MS Excel, comfort with numbers, understanding of preparation of budgets.

Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team, spread across diverse geographies and to deliver in a time bound project

Flexible to travel extensively during the execution of the project.
