Location: Gujarat, Jaipur, Chennai.


Industry: Electrical Steel (CRGO). Target Market: India, Middle East.


Experience: 5+ Years in Domestic Sales (CRGO or Related Industry Preferred). We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our domestic CRGO business.


The ideal candidate will have deep market insights, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives..


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and develop new domestic customers for CRGO products. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.


- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from inquiry to dispatch, ensuring seamless execution. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order status updates, dispatches, payments, and issue resolution.


- Maintain continuous engagement with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth. Oversee participation in domestic exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.


- Develop marketing materials, catalogs, posters, and digital content to strengthen brand presence. Ensure cost-effective pricing strategies to enhance profitability.


- Assess business risks and opportunities through financial, statistical, and economic analysis. Research and propose new business opportunities, including product innovation and expansion strategies.


- Lead the sales and marketing team, setting performance benchmarks and guiding their growth. Optimize supplier, vendor, and marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


- Minimum five years of experience in domestic sales, preferably in CRGO or related industries. Strong understanding of the Indian electrical steel market and its dynamics.


- Proven experience in business development, client management, and market research.


- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including logistics partners and vendors.


- Strong analytical skills to assess business risks, pricing strategies, and growth potential.


- Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and market exploration.
