Job Description:

Designation: Digital Marketing Lead

Key Responsibility:

Line function responsibility of digital marketing and CRM : customer acquisition and retention, Performance marketing of all digital channels

This is a strategic role which will play a key role in the continued growth of Mandii. The key purpose is scaling the overall business for mandii.com with a special focus on overall Marketing while anchoring on digital space.

Day to Day Responsibility:

- To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the company's digital / online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web and e-commerce to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.

- Design, implement and manage online marketing programs focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition.

- Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies and create an advantaged digital marketing effort.

- Manage SEO and SEM

- Build and own the brand under the name of Mandii while generating positive buzz in and around the platform

- Leverage a "Test & Control" approach to constantly improve program results and increase the impact of online marketing on revenue and profitability.

- Propose new marketing program ideas and then secure support from stakeholders to fund and execute these programs.

- Create feature specification documents for changes to the website and develop ad copy, landing pages, banner creatives and other marketing collateral.

- Be updated with the new trends and processes on digital marketing and use the same to push the company's marketing agenda

Skill Sets:

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBAs from Top Tier Institutes such as IIMS, FMS, ISB, XLRI, MDI etc

Skills / Qualification / Experience:

- Should have hands-on experience in digital marketing.

- Should have a proven track record - shown impact through digital marketing.

- Candidates from premier institutes preferred.

- Should have great communication and leadership skills.

- Should have managed teams in the past.

- Had worked with Google analytics and has deep knowledge on its usage

- Should be able to own the entire brand with ease with a sense of ownerships

- Out of box- thinker with creative mindset
