About Manastu Space:
We believe that due to limited resources on the planet, there is a need to look out for an alternative to solve our problems, and that another side is space. This option is viable only if we have low-cost and sustainable access to space. Manastu Space is working with the exact vision of reducing the cost of access to space.
We are a Space Safety and Logistics Company, using technology to save the Trillion $ Space industry from Debris Pollution in Space. We believe that the problems of Earth can be solved using Space. However, the rapid increase in the number of satellites is also increasing the risk of satellite collision, leading to Debris pollution- making space a dangerous place for other satellites as well as astronauts. To prevent this, we are developing an Agile, Safe, Efficient and Affordable Green Propulsion System with a new fuel, engine and catalyst for the engine to avoid satellite collision in space and prevent Debris Pollution, which can hence be a potential green alternative to the current monopropellant propulsion technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting Founders: Closely work with founders and act as the primary point of support for the founders, in devising strategy, communications with internal and external stakeholders and decision-making processes. Assisting with their schedules, ensuring that their time is optimized, and their agendas are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Fundraising and investor relation: Facilitate founders in market assessment, fundraising and maintaining investor relations
- Strategic Partnerships: Play a key role in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships within the aerospace industry. This involves understanding the landscape, networking, and facilitating introductions and meetings that align with the company's vision.
- Product Development Support: Work closely with the product development teams to ensure the founders are kept up to date with progress, hurdles, and key decisions. This may involve coordinating between different departments, providing administrative support, and ensuring that the development aligns with the strategic objectives.
- Business Growth Opportunities: Strategize and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products or services, incorporating thorough market analysis, competitor insights, and alignment with overarching business objectives, while proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for business expansion and diversification to fuel sustainable growth.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information related to business, partnerships, or any strategic decisions.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for the founders, ensuring accuracy & clarity.
Qualifications:
- Have bachelor's degree in engineering and looking to do MBA in couple of years
- Engineering degree with strong interest in starting deep tech startup
- A positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office productivity tools and scheduling software.
- Discretion, tact, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proven experience in executive assistance or coordination roles.
