Nandakumar, the current MD & CEO, its origins go back to 1949 when it was founded in the coastal village of Valapad (Thrissur District) by his late father Mr. V.C. Padmanabhan. The firm was involved in pawn broking and money lending carried out on a modest scale. Shri Nandakumar took over the reins in 1986 after his father expired.

Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Involved in day-to-day operations management
2. Preparing P&L and Balance sheet and Ownership of entity balance sheets .Preparation of budgets and variance analysis
3. General Accounting co-ordination
4. Assisting in finalization of accounts, financial management, treasury management, taxation
5. Fund management in daily basis
6. Preparation & presentations for performance review meeting
