What this job involves:
- This role involves responsibility of revenue generation from Real Estate Capital Markets transactions. The key target is end-to-end deal sourcing, closure, and ownership of the entire process.
The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieving revenue target for Self.
- Real estate transactions in MMR/NCR - Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad/ other locations as needed.
- Sourcing client mandates, securing and fee collection.
- Business development of new client base.
- Providing effective capital solutions to clients and opportunities to investors with a strong knowledge advisory basis to pre-empt investments to forward looking trends.
To apply Must to have:
- Demonstrated deal closure ability with deal sheets to substantiate
- Structured debt investment, project finance, Real Estate fund raising, Land/Building sales, investment banking, valuations, lending and private equity.
- Developer and Landlord relationships and with strong references.
- Investor relationships and references.
- Must be proficient in location/ NCR /MMR Real Estate regulations and Development Control Schemes.
