Job Description - This is a leadership role that would involve you managing a team of 15 investment professionals. Liaising with the leadership team of the fund at a global level to contribute in making strategic decisions for the fund as a whole.You will be working with Indian promoters and managing the whole life cycle of the deal from transaction-sourcing, evaluating, investing, monitoring and exiting.

The Successful Candidate -

- You will have an MBA from a tier 1 business school either in the US or India and you will already be a Director or Managing Director of a global private equity firm and have had a proven track record of deal execution of investments. This should be across sectors such as infrastructure, consumer and financial services.

- You will have between 12-15 years of investing experience.

- You will have a thorough understanding of relevant growth capital industries either through your operational background or through investing experience.

- You will have an MBA from a tier 1 business school either in the US or India.

- Prior international experience is welcome but deal execution experience and an understanding of Indian markets is critical for the right candidate
